Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Datla has 15+ years of cross-industry experience, with a strong focus on analytics, machine learning, and fintech. At companies such as IBM and Deloitte, he developed models that detect healthcare and payment fraud, built dashboards used to measure transaction and fraud trends, and developed technologies that support cybersecurity awareness campaigns. Datla is based in New York City and holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Nader Alawar
Co-Founder and Lead Developer
Nader is a data and AI leader with 8+ years of experience at IBM and Accenture, where he built large-scale AI platforms and analytics solutions for federal agencies, large enterprises, and healthcare systems — delivering measurable outcomes through machine learning, agentic AI, and responsible data practices. Passionate about data integrity and the ethical adoption of AI, Nader now channels that expertise into helping businesses harness AI in practical, trustworthy ways. A published researcher with a track record of real-world impact, he is committed to making AI accessible and responsible.
Anna McCaffrey
Co-Founder
Anna brings 7+ years of experience in technical development, project management, and strategic growth. Drawing from her background at top organizations including Deloitte, IBM, and in Big Tech, she excels at translating complex requirements into scalable operations across high-stakes public and private sector programs. Anna is based in Brooklyn and is a graduate of Tulane University.
