What data sources can I connect?
You can connect Clover and Square point-of-sale systems, QuickBooks Online for financials, Google Reviews through your Business Place ID, and your social media accounts including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and your Google Business Profile. We also layer in local weather data automatically so you can see how conditions affect your sales.
How are data sources connected? Do I have to share my login credentials?
You never share a password with us. Every integration uses OAuth 2.0 — the same standard Google, Intuit, and your POS provider use. You authorize the connection through each platform's own official login screen, and we receive a read-only access token instead of your credentials. You can revoke that access at any time from your dashboard.
How does onboarding work, and what happens during and after the trial?

Your 14-day free trial includes full access to every feature on your plan. Billing begins automatically when the trial ends, and if you cancel before then you won't be charged.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, so you can reactivate and pick up right where you left off. After 90 days it is permanently deleted from our systems, and we'll send you an email notification before that happens. If you'd prefer immediate deletion, just email contact@amalgampartners.com and we'll take care of it.
Can you add data sources that aren't on your list?
There are two ways. To suggest a system for a future integration, send us a request from the login page or email contact@amalgampartners.com. Merchant requests directly shape what we build next, though we can't promise a timeline. If you need a system connected now, we can build a custom connection for your business. Because that takes extra setup work, custom setups are quoted separately from our standard plans. Use the "Get a quote" option in the pricing section to start.
Do you offer customer support?
You can reach us at contact@amalgampartners.com any time, and Business plan subscribers receive priority support. There's also a feedback button at the bottom of every page in the dashboard, so you can flag something without leaving what you're working on.
