Datla Raju
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Datla has 15+ years of cross-industry experience, with a strong focus on analytics, machine learning, and fintech. At companies such as IBM and Deloitte, he developed models that detect healthcare and payment fraud, built dashboards used to measure transaction and fraud trends, and developed technologies that support cybersecurity awareness campaigns. Datla is based in New York City and holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics from the University of Michigan.
Nader Alawar
Co-Founder and Lead Developer
Nader brings 10+ years of consulting experience in project management, research, and analytics and has published several peer reviewed papers as a leading researcher in the industry. Nader has extensive experience managing client relationships and delivering applied solutions, using industry-leading big data and analytics techniques to identify patterns and develop effective risk mitigation strategies. Nader has significant experience developing technical solutions including web and mobile apps, software platforms, and reporting tools. Nader graduated from Florida State University and is a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner.
Anna McCaffrey
Co-Founder
Anna brings nearly 10 years of experience in client delivery and technical consulting with expertise in project management, technical development, and business development. She has cross-industry experience supporting federal healthcare programs with a growing focus in e-commerce. Anna is based in Brooklyn. She graduated from Tulane University with a dual degree in Cell and Molecular Biology and Public Health.
